Everyone has their own journey and if you start chasing what someone else is doing you’ll end up achieving their goals. In business, the first thing you should do is work out what your end goal is and then work backwards.
We do what we do to make a difference we want to have a positive footprint to leave behind.
In the big picture, we want to make a difference in the world we live in, we like to think we are a company born with a soul.
If everyone aspired to make a small difference in every company around the world we would live in a much better place, we all have a responsibility to do that.
We were never driven by money and there are things that are more important such as integrity, honour and the relationships we have with others.
